1.  First Way :

Open the front cover of the printer. Remove the cartridge and carefully pull out any jammed paper.
If this resolves the issue, you're all set!

2.  Second Way :

If the jam continues, pull out the paper tray. Gently clean the paper pickup roller using a soft, wet cloth or cotton wipes.

Open the back cover and carefully remove any jammed paper.
If the issue is not resolved, proceed to the next way.

2.  Second Way :

Lift the scanner unit and clean both the upper and lower rollers with a soft, wet cloth or cotton wipes.

Remove the duplex tray.

2.  Second Step :

Carefully remove any jammed paper from the tray and then replace it.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact our service center.

Check if the toner cartridge is causing the issue. Try replacing the toner to see if the print quality improves.

2.  For Inkjet Printers :

Print a test page. If the pattern is not correct, perform a head cleaning process. Afterward, try printing again for better clarity.
