🔹 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 20K (Based on proficiency & experience)

🔹 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1 year of experience in Customer Support (internship or trainee experience preferred)

🔹 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) in ERP systems.

• Coordinate with team members for invoice generation and order fulfillment.

• Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain payment records.

• Assist customers during store visits and address their inquiries promptly.

• Handle customer concerns professionally through calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Work closely with the finance team for payment entries, intercompany billing, and reconciliation.

• Liaise with delivery assistants, warehouse teams, and partners for dispatch and stock updates.

• Collaborate with internal departments (HR & Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and Administration).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Uphold the organization’s values and professionalism in all interactions.

• Work flexible hours when required to meet operational or customer needs.

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum +2 (Intermediate) level in Management or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Basic computer literacy; knowledge of MS Office 

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
