🔹 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 0–1 year of experience in logistics, operations, or accounting (internship or trainee experience preferred)
🔹 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time
Key Responsibilities.
• Assist in daily logistics coordination, dispatch, and delivery documentation while ensuring timely and accurate order processing
• Support in preparing bills, processing payments, making journal entries, and managing petty cash records.
• Maintain and update inventory records, assist in stock checks, and ensure accurate documentation of material movement.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams for order tracking, issue resolution, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Prepare basic reports, handle office documentation, and support the operations team in daily tasks and cross-functional projects.
Qualification & Skills
• Basic understanding of journal entries, billing, and payment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for record keeping and reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory management and data entry systems.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
