Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales Team Coordination: Assist in online, digital, and showroom sales, manage platforms like Daraz, Gyapu, Bizbazar, and SmartDoko, and engage customers via social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Organize sales team schedules, maintain sales documents, and manage inventory in collaboration with the procurement team.

✅ Data Management & Reporting: Store and organize sales data using ERP & CRM, generate reports on sales performance, and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.

✅ Communication & Problem Resolution: Keep sales personnel updated on delays, challenges, or changes in the import plan. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

✅ Promotional Support: Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials, campaigns, and events. Work with marketing to enhance product visibility and attract potential customers.

✅ Sales Target Management: Track sales targets, align them with company objectives, and develop strategies to meet or exceed them. Provide updates on sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

✅ Basic Front Desk & Account Knowledge: Handle dealer ledger management, sales transactions, and payment records. Assist in maintaining financial accuracy and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of sales-related transactions.
